From the Pastor – January 31st, 2021

A very late “thank you” to our organist, John Donovan, and the cantors for enriching our Christmas celebration: John’s sister Patricia, Diane and Don Ellard and Wanda Osgood, with apologies for anyone I missed. Of course, we are always grateful for the lectors, and Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion who faithfully participate in the liturgies all year long.

Thanks to all who have given that extra help to our parish. I think we can see the light at the end of the tunnel, as they say. Keep up the good work and remind friends and neighbors with ties to Holy Rosary, Holy Trinity, Sts. Peter and Paul and St. Francis parishes, that Corpus Christi Parish could use their help now.

Be sure to check out for information and taped Masses in English and Spanish.

The Blessing of Throats is a popular devotion done on the Feast Day of St. Blaise February 3ʳᵈ, or the weekend close to the Feast Day. This year we will offer only the General Form of the blessing, as opposed to the individual blessing using the traditional crossed candles.
